Commission Structure
At Golden Creek Realty, all agents have an annual $18,000 cap. All transactions incur a $150 transaction fee, in addition to your commission split. This fee does count towards your annual cap of $18,000 & occurs regardless of capped status

New or has performed less than 3 transactions in the past 4 months
After 8 transactions agent transitions to our Company Plan
First 4 transactions: 60/40 split
Next 4 transactions: 70/30 split

Transaction fee is $150 per agent, per transaction, regardless of commission split.
Only 1 fee is due when double siding the contract.

Looking to be a part of a team? Here is how it works:
You will pay 10% of each closing commission to Golden Creek Realty, plus the transaction fee.
You will decide the percentage of commission remaining that will go to team members/leader.
Golden Creek Realty utilizes the transaction software of Brokermint. This allows agents to stay on top of compliance requirements & ensure all necessary documents are properly executed and stored.
